Webinfolink builds custom AI agents trained on your catalogs, PDFs and policies — able to answer and take small approved actions like bookings, with strict never-do rules and human handoff.
When a plain chatbot is not enough
We train it on your material: service pages, PDFs, price lists and policies. Then we set two lists — what it is allowed to do, and what it must never do. Prices it quotes come from your list. Medical, legal or angry chats go straight to humans.
This is the heaviest track in the AI chatbots service and is scoped per project — not from a menu.

What you get
Problems custom agents fix
Allowed vs never — the two lists that keep it safe
| The agent can | The agent must never |
|---|---|
| Quote prices from your list | Invent a discount you never wrote |
| Book a slot you opened | Give medical or legal advice |
| Check order or ticket status | Share another customer’s data |
| Collect details and documents | Argue with an angry customer — it hands off |
How a custom agent is built
Custom agent cost factors
- · How much material the agent must learn
- · Number of actions connected — booking, status, tickets
- · Testing depth and review cadence you want
- · Channels — site, WhatsApp or both
Custom agents are scoped after we see your material and systems — no menu pricing. WhatsApp usage, if any, is billed by Meta to your own account at actual rates.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent? ▼
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent answers questions *and* takes small actions you approve — like booking a slot, checking an order or creating a ticket. The actions come from an allow-list we set with you. Anything outside that list goes to a human. If you only need answers, a normal chatbot is cheaper and faster to launch.
Can the agent read my PDF catalog or policy documents? ▼
Yes. PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and website pages can all feed the agent’s knowledge base. It looks up your documents when replying, so answers come from your material — not guesses. When a document changes, send us the new version and we retrain that part.
Will the agent ever make up prices or promises? ▼
The rules are built to stop exactly that. The agent answers only from approved material, and if the answer is not there, it says so and offers a human. The never-do list blocks discounts, medical or legal advice, and anything sensitive. Testing on your real customer questions happens before go-live, not after.
What happens when my prices or policies change? ▼
You send the updated file or page and we retrain — most updates are part of the monthly care plan. For big changes like a new product line, we re-test the whole flow. Stale documents make stale answers, so we also remind you when material looks outdated.
Can it connect to my booking system or CRM? ▼
Wherever your tools offer a connection point (API), yes. Common ones: booking slots, ticket creation, order status, lead push into a CRM. During scoping we check each tool and tell you honestly which connections are clean and which need workarounds. Custom development covers cases where no API exists.
Is my business data safe inside the agent? ▼
Your material stays yours. The agent uses it only to answer your customers — it is never shared with other clients or used to train anyone else’s bot. We also mark which documents are internal-only, so staff notes never leak into customer replies.
Do I need a custom agent or a normal chatbot? ▼
A simple rule: if your answers live in FAQs and service pages, a website chatbot or WhatsApp chatbot is enough. If the bot must read catalogs or take actions like booking and status checks, that is the custom agent track. We tell you which during the free scoping call.
