Webinfolink adds an AI chatbot to your website or WhatsApp that answers visitor questions from your own pages and prices, captures leads, and hands tricky chats to your team with full history.
What a chatbot on your site actually does
The same bot can also run on WhatsApp, so customers get answers inside a chat they already use. If you only need the website widget, see the website chatbot track.
The bot handles repeat questions — prices, timings, locations, service details. When a chat needs a human — a complaint, a payment issue, or something it was never taught — it hands the full conversation to your team.
One visitor, one chat, one lead
The bot answers from your service page, asks for a name and mobile number, and saves the chat. In the morning your sales person calls a warm lead instead of finding a silent bounce in analytics.
That is the whole job: answer fast, stay honest, hand over when unsure.

What a chatbot costs
- · Channels: website only, WhatsApp, or both
- · How much info it must learn — pages, PDFs, catalogs
- · Extras like bookings, order checks or CRM push
- · WhatsApp message fees, if used — billed by Meta to your own account at live rates
Our fee covers setup, training and monthly care. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta to your own business account at their actual rates — we never markup or bundle them.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is an AI chatbot? ▼
It is a chat box on your website or WhatsApp. A visitor types a question and gets a reply in seconds. A simple chatbot only follows fixed buttons. An AI chatbot reads your pages and files, then writes a reply in plain words — so a visitor can type “do you repair laptops in Karol Bagh” instead of clicking through menus. It answers only from information you approve, and a human can take over any chat.
Is this the same as putting ChatGPT on my website? ▼
Close, but not identical. ChatGPT is a general tool that knows a bit of everything. A business chatbot is set up to answer from your pages, prices and policies only. It should not guess about your services. We train it on your material and set rules for what it can say, so replies stay accurate and on-brand.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages? ▼
You do — directly to Meta, on your own WhatsApp Business account, at Meta’s live rates. Webinfolink does not resell or mark up message costs. Our fee covers building, training and maintaining the bot. Meta’s current rates are always on their official pricing page, linked in the references section above.
What happens when the bot does not know the answer? ▼
It does not guess. We set rules: if the bot is unsure, the question is a complaint, or it involves payments or legal topics, it hands the chat to your team with the full conversation. The visitor sees a friendly “let me get a person for you” message, not a wrong answer. Missed questions are logged so we can teach the bot next month.
How long does it take to launch? ▼
A website chatbot trained on an existing site usually takes one to two weeks. WhatsApp needs extra time because Meta must approve the business account first — that alone can take days to a couple of weeks. A custom agent with bookings or order lookups takes longer and is scoped after we see your systems.
Can the chatbot reply in Hindi or Hinglish? ▼
Yes. The bot can reply in the language the visitor writes in, including Hindi and Hinglish. This works well for Indian customers who mix languages. During setup we decide which languages the bot should use and how it should greet people.
Will the chatbot replace my support or sales team? ▼
No. It takes the repeat questions — prices, timings, locations, order status — so your team handles chats that need judgment. Think of it as a front desk that never sleeps. Anything sensitive, angry or unusual still reaches a human with the full chat attached.
How much does a website chatbot cost? ▼
Cost depends on channels, how much material the bot must learn, and extras like bookings or CRM push. A basic website-only bot is the cheapest. We quote after seeing your site and the questions customers actually ask. WhatsApp message fees, if you use that channel, are billed separately by Meta to your own account at actual rates.
Is an AI chatbot the same as AEO? ▼
No. AEO is about getting your brand cited inside ChatGPT and Google AI answers — a visibility service. An AI chatbot is installed on your own website or WhatsApp to talk to your visitors. They solve different problems and can run together.
